Y2K Acquires CCECO

Sioux Falls, SD 57104 -- Y2K Fluid Power of Sioux Falls, SD, a division of Dakota Fluid Power, Inc., is pleased to announce that it has purchased CCECO of Kent, WA.

With this acquisition, CCECO will now operate under Y2K Fluid Power, but will continue their respective long standing tradition’s of providing outstanding customer service and high-quality products and services to meet the industry and filtration/lubrication needs of all customers.

The acquisition facilitates a full combination of the superior technologies of Y2K and CCECO. Both companies have built a reputation for delivering innovative solutions that help customers achieve increased levels of productivity, up-time and reliability. the transition of CCECO to Y2K Fluid Power, will result in enhanced service levels and a broadening of total product offering for customers.

Over time, the transition of ownership to Y2K Fluid Power will be introducing to the region the many new great possibilities and new product lines and services that will become available through Y2K Fluid Power.
