Executive Administrative Assistant
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and analytical support to the General Manager and Leadership Team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities by incorporating data analysis, pricing support, and business reporting. The position requires strong business acumen, advanced Excel capabilities, and proficiency across Microsoft 365 tools to support decision-making, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
This role regularly handles confidential and sensitive information and requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Duties:
  • Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct pricing analysis, including tracking trends, margin analysis, and supporting pricing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting on sales and operational performance.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications and correspondence.
  • Draft, review, and edit professional documents and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support projects.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 tools to enhance communication and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience with pricing analysis, financial data, or business analytics preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred.
